VSaaS uses technology developed for high-security applications and automated object detection.
It is called deep learning, we couple this with a signal to noise improvement and deconvolution to give unparalleled detection of humans.
We then use Ai to decide when you or your nominated response should be called.
Hundreds of thousands of images have been collected and analysed by humans, to teach the computer to learn what it then finds in images. Think of it as an adult teaching a child. Now we have taught our (children) robots and provided your cameras are installed correctly, they do not make mistakes.
We call the robot that looks at the CCTV HaLO (Halt and Look Once).
HaLO outperforms humans doing the same task.
Another robot, called MOLLY, alerts to activity in an area you wish to protect.
Molly has been taught how humans respond to events, she will follow up and make sure someone deals with the activation.
The process is called cognitive recognition, and it is the same learning you used when growing. You were taught what things were. You learnt and then started to make your own decisions; this is what HALO and MOLLY have been taught to do.
And don't worry, these are not physical things, just software and this is all they know how to do. Look at images and let you know if all is well.
Unlike humans, they don't get bored looking at CCTV that mostly doesn't change. They don't have life worries that distract them. They just do as they are told. Unlike most children.....
